The LZFL980-20mW-6.5/125 is a 20 mW single-mode fibre-coupled laser module at 980 nm. The output is delivered through a 6 um single-mode fiber, NA 0.13 and terminated with FC/ST/SMA905, so it can drop straight into a fibre-based instrument without free-space alignment. Typical drive voltage is 1.55 V.
